Manchester City have been handed a fresh injury concern ahead of Sunday’s massive Manchester derby, with Nico O’Reilly’s fitness now under the spotlight.
The youngster has become an increasingly important part of City’s squad, making his availability particularly relevant as new manager Enzo Maresca prepares for his first Manchester derby.
