Ohio State University’s 2025 football recruiting class is shaping up to be one of the nation’s best, featuring a blend of top-tier talent across various positions. Here are some of the standout recruits:

 

Tavien St. Clair – Quarterback Hailing from Bellefontaine High School in Ohio, St. Clair is a five-star recruit and the top-ranked player in the state. Standing at 6’4″ and weighing 225 pounds, he amassed nearly 4,000 passing yards and 37 touchdowns in his senior year, showcasing his dual-threat capabilities.

 

Devin Sanchez – Cornerback From North Shore High School in Texas, Sanchez is a consensus top-ranked cornerback nationally. At 6’2.5″ and 180 pounds, his exceptional coverage skills and athleticism make him a formidable presence in the secondary.

 

Bo Jackson – Running Back A four-star recruit from Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School in Cleveland, Jackson is known for his versatility as a multisport athlete. Standing at 6’1″ and 210 pounds, he chose Ohio State over other top programs like Alabama and Georgia.

 

Quincy Porter – Wide Receiver Porter, from Bergen Catholic in New Jersey, is a four-star wide receiver standing at 6’3.5″ and 203 pounds. He was named New Jersey’s Player of the Year by MaxPreps, recording 48 catches for 1,066 yards and 22 touchdowns in his senior season.

 

Riley Pettijohn – Linebacker A product of McKinney High School in Texas, Pettijohn is a four-star linebacker known for his agility and coverage skills. At 6’2″ and 220 pounds, he recorded 136 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, and 5.5 sacks in his senior year.

 

Carter Lowe – Offensive Lineman From Whitmer High School in Ohio, Lowe is a four-star offensive lineman standing at 6’5″ and 325 pounds. His versatility allows him to play both tackle and guard positions, making him a valuable asset for the Buckeyes’ offensive front.

 

Faheem Delane – Safety Delane, from Our Lady of Good Counsel in Maryland, is a four-star safety known for his hard-hitting style and ball skills. At 6’3″ and 200 pounds, he recorded 97 tackles, seven tackles for loss, and three interceptions in his senior season.

 

Zion Grady – Defensive End/Outside Linebacker Hailing from Enterprise High School in Alabama, Grady is a four-star recruit standing at 6’4″ and 230 pounds. He brings versatility as both a defensive end and outside linebacker, recording 70 tackles, 28 tackles for loss, and 14 sacks in his senior year.
