The NFL Players Association (NFLPA) has released its annual team report cards for 2025, with the Miami Dolphins and Minnesota Vikings securing the top two spots for the second consecutive year. The Arizona Cardinals, however, were ranked last among the 32 teams.

The NFLPA’s survey evaluates teams across 11 categories, including treatment of families, food service, locker room quality, training facilities, and team travel. The Dolphins maintained their premier position, reflecting their commitment to player satisfaction and organizational excellence. Similarly, the Vikings upheld their strong standing, earning A- or better in 10 of the 11 categories, with A+ grades in treatment of families, locker room, head coach, and ownership.

Conversely, the Cardinals received the lowest overall ranking, indicating areas in need of significant improvement to enhance player experience and organizational standards.

Notably, the survey highlighted the positive impact of family-oriented initiatives, such as game-day daycare services, on player satisfaction. Teams investing in these programs have seen marked improvements in their evaluations, underscoring the importance of supporting players’ family needs.
