Manchester City have reportedly won the race for Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye after making a late move that could leave Tottenham Hotspur frustrated on transfer deadline day.
Ndiaye had been attracting serious interest from Tottenham, particularly because of his previous connection with Spurs boss Roberto De Zerbi. However, Manchester City stepped into the negotiations and are now set to complete a deal worth at least £60 million, according to reports.
